SuperChangers are selected by the Nutrition Board based on sustained success on the program and a proven ability to motivate others.

I’m justify1 (Amy in real life). I’ve been with Diana since November and am within a couple pounds of my goal. The program works so well because of the people here that can help you stick to your goals and succeed. I am what they call a “SuperChanger” on the site, which simply means that I can help you get started. Meal planning was a challenge for me at first, but once I got the hang of it, it was easy, and I found it to be such an important part of my success. We can do this together!

Hi, I’m Jenn (aka Coach Jenn) I’m a proud mom, wife, blogger and fitness coach. I became a fitness guru of sorts through my own experiences with weight loss.  I thought it would be nice to have a group in which we can discuss our workouts successes, challenges, etc. We can also log our workouts with more detail and share our favorite ideas with one another.

I’ve been with Diana since November 2009. I got really serious about changing my eating habits when the new year rolled around. I started on this site primarily to lose weight, but I’m learning how to look at food an entirely new way. Exercise has always been an on/off thing for me. I’m trying to develop a more moderate exercise regimen that will stick with me and keep me from burnout.One major thing I’ve learned in this process: things are not always going to work out the way that you planned. It is not a bad thing to make mistakes or missteps, especially when you cannot control your environment. Instead of dwelling on that mistake, make a new game plan of action in anticipation of those situations that can be unpredictable, rather than allowing your surroundings to dictate your behavior. Plan your meal, bring a snack, exercise earlier, look at the menu before you go.   My groups:   Weight Maintenance Less than 20 Pounds

My name is Angie Olson, or angieo.  I have been a member since October. I joined because I wanted to lose the last of my baby weight. But I’ve learned so much about why I eat what I eat, and how to give my body the fuel that it needs to be healthy and happy. I’m very excited to say that I’m almost to my goal. I’m a married mom of two, an 18 year old daughter and 13 year old son. I work part time. We are a busy soccer family. I’m trying to put more priority on my health and the health of my family.

I’m one of the SuperChangers here and am in Diana’s Healthy Habits Group. I want us to support one another, challenge one another and keep each other accountable. We can share ideas, struggles and accomplishments. We can celebrate our successes and help each other through the set backs. The journey to health is so much easier and fulfilling when you do it with friends. And let’s remember to have some fun along the way 🙂

My name is Kim, or as my friends like to call me,”Bug”.   I’m a 38 year old homemaker with a strong family history of heart disease and diabetes.  I joined  because I was tired of being “tired”.  I knew if I didn’t change my unhealthy eating habits, I would eventually repeat that family history.  I joined on 6/30/10,and with the help of Diana and my friends, I’m happy to say, I’m well on my way to a healthier, more energetic me!  I still have a lot to lose,but I’m confident I’ll reach my goal with the tools and support I’m receiving on the site.
I became a SuperChanger because I love to encourage and motivate people.  Come join us and we can reach our goals together!
