Most will say an unequivocal “YES”.

But, have you answered the hard questions?

Can you say no to unhealthy food choices?

Are you willing to start an activity program?

Will you stop mindless eating?

Can you devote the time and effort to lose weight?

Are you willing to ask for help when you get stuck?

Will you get back up when you slip?

If you answered yes to all 6 questions, you are ready. If you answered no to any of the questions, don’t worry, during the next month I will be offering solutions to these challenges.
