B: 2 Tablespoons peanut butter, 1 small banana, 1 cup 1% milk and 1 Tablespoon honey blended to make a PB Banana Smoothie

L: 2 ounces sliced turkey on 2 slices whole wheat bread with lettuce and tomato, apple, water

D: tomato soup, large salad with 2 Tablespoons oil and vinegar, sparkling water

Snack: 6 whole wheat crackers, 1 ounce cheese, water
