L: 2 ounces string cheese, 6 whole wheat crackers, 1/2 cup carrot sticks, water

D: 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 ounces turkey, mustard, lettuce, tomato, 1/2c. vegetable juice, water

snack: 1 cup skim milk, 3 graham crackers
