B: 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 english muffin with 1 Tablespoon peanut butter, 1/2 banana, coffee

L: the other 1/2 of the banana, 2 ounces turkey on 2 slices whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, sprouts and mustard, water

D: 1 cup angel hair, 1 cup or less marinara, 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese, water

Snack: 1/2 cup cheerios, 1 cup skim milk

Carbohydrate – 173 grams, 56%
Protein – 64 grams, 21%
Fat – 31 grams, 23%
