B: 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup bran flakes, 3/4 cup strawberries

L: 3 ounces grilled chicken, 1 cup cooked cabbage, 1/2 cup green beans, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1 orange, water

D: Large Salad – romaine, mushrooms, and carrots with 2 ounces chopped turkey, 1 Tablespoon oil, vinegar, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 teaspoon whipped butter and oil mix, water

Snack: 3 graham cracker squares, 1 cup skim milk

76 grams Protein – 25%
35 grams Fat – 25%
