Day 1 of a 30 day 1200 calorie Meal Plan

B: 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 small box raisins

L: 1/2 cup egg salad, 2 slices whole wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, water

D: 3 ounces grilled chicken, 1.5 cups romaine, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, 1 Tablespoon hemp oil and vinegar, 1 small apple, water

snack: 1 cup honey nut cheerios and 1 cup skim milk
